For discrete and process manufacturing

Optimising production with a manufacturing execution system

We enable you to capture and evaluate machine data directly from your production. We access data from PCs or directly from your machines’ PLCs — without interrupting running production, so the changeover causes no downtime.

Where needed, we extend your equipment with additional sensors, light barriers, scanners or other components to capture all the data that matters to you. The information is transferred to a central computer, where our software processes and visualises it — giving you a complete overview of your current production processes.

Based on this data, we can also intervene in production actively — for example by triggering warnings or stopping machines.

Floor plan of a digitalised production: machines and sensors connected to panel PCs, which pass data on to the server and manufacturing execution computer.

Our approach

Digitalisation concept

  1. Analysis of the current state

Together with you we analyse the current state of your production, to gain an exact overview of machines, workflows and existing systems.

  2. Concept development

Based on the analysis we draw up an individual concept for introducing a manufacturing execution system. We define clear goals and take your specific requirements into account.

  3. Implementation

Once the concept is approved we implement the solution. From the planning phase onwards we make sure that future extensions of the system remain easy to realise.

Operation & connectivity

We use panel PCs

  1. As a display for the measured values
  2. As an input and output interface for your staff
  3. As a multi-connection interface and data converter for the measurement technology
  4. Communication via LAN, or directly with the process PLC over PROFINET

For offline measuring systems we use a software adapter, provided the hardware offers the performance and the installation space required. Where it does not, we fit a panel PC here too.
